Information we collect
- Contact details. If you use the contact form, we receive your first and last name, email address, and any organization name you choose to provide.
- Form security data. The form uses your IP address and browser user-agent to limit repeated submissions. A hashed rate-limit key expires after 10 minutes. The contact notification sent to our team also includes the IP address, user-agent, and submission time.
- Website analytics. Vercel Web Analytics records page views and aggregate information such as the page visited, referrer, approximate location, browser, and device type. Vercel says its analytics do not use cookies or identify visitors across websites. Its request-derived visitor hash expires after 24 hours. We do not currently send custom interaction events.
- Technical requests. Our hosting and service providers may process standard request and diagnostic information, including IP address, requested URL, and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use contact details to respond to inquiries and discuss our services. We use technical data to operate and protect the website and prevent spam. We use aggregate analytics to understand and improve the site. We do not use the website to serve targeted advertising or sell visitor information. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in these limited activities, subject to your rights and any additional consent requirements that apply.
Analytics choice
You can turn off future Vercel Web Analytics page views in this browser. We save that choice in your browser's local storage so it persists on this device. Changing it does not remove information already collected.

Who receives information
We use Vercel for website analytics, Resend to deliver contact-form emails, and a Redis-based service for short-lived form rate limiting. Our hosting and email providers also process information needed to run the website and respond to you. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect our rights and the security of the site. These providers may process information outside your country.
How long we keep it
The form rate-limit key expires after 10 minutes. Vercel says its visitor hash expires after 24 hours, although aggregate analytics remain available to us. We keep contact correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Technical logs are retained according to the applicable provider's settings and our operational needs. You can ask us about or request deletion of your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including to withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact legal@inferred.io and we will review your request.
